1、油泵的工作介质为液压油，冬季使用L-HM32液压油。夏季可使用L-HM46液压油。

2、油箱的液面保持在油标的中心线上，以防油泵吸空，加油时应用120目滤网滤去新油中的杂质。经常使用时，一般每两个月清洗一次油箱，滤油器半年清洗一次，同时更换新油。

During refueling, 120 mesh filter screen shall be used to filter out the impurities in the new oil. 3、正常工作油温为20℃-50℃,油温过高时，需要采取冷却措施或停泵，待油液充分冷却后才能正常工作。油温过低时，不允许直接工作，需采取加温措施，可通过外加温或低压运转来提升油温。

It can work normally only after the oil is fully cooled. When the oil temperature is too low, it is not allowed to work directly. Heating measures need to be taken. 5、高压胶管长期使用，由于胶管的老化，各处的损伤会造成胶管耐压强度的降低，应注意定期检查。

第二，气源三联体（分水滤气器、减压阀、油雾器）方面。

首先确定气源三联体后端接的是否为无油润滑的元件，若是，则不得使用三联体，而应使用二联体。即：取消油雾器。然后根据系统压力和所需流量选择相应的三联体。长期不用时，要将压力调零。否则弹簧长久疲劳会影响寿命。如分水滤气器为手动排水，则要定期检查积水情况，并将积水排去。
