一、电偶腐蚀
1、 Galvanic corrosion
当铝与其他金属接触时,铝总是处于阳极使其腐蚀加速。电偶腐蚀又称为双金属腐蚀,其腐蚀的严重程度是由两个金属电位序中的相对位置决定的。铝型材之间的电位差愈大则电偶腐蚀愈严重,几乎所有铝合金都不能避免电偶腐蚀。

点腐蚀又称为孔腐蚀,是金属上产生针尖状,点状,孔状的一种极为局部的腐蚀形态。铝在大气,淡水以及中性水溶液中都会发生点腐蚀,严重的还可以导致穿孔,不过腐蚀量保持一个极限值。

3、 Intergranular corrosion
晶间腐蚀的原因与热处理不当有关系,合金化元素或金属间化合物沿晶界沉淀析出,相对于晶粒是阳极构成腐蚀电池,引起晶间腐蚀加速。

四、丝状腐蚀

五、缝隙腐蚀

铝型材本身与其他材料的表面接触时存在缝隙,由于差异充气电池作用,缝隙内腐蚀加速,而缝隙外没有影响。缝隙腐蚀与合金类型关系不大,即使非常耐蚀的合金也会产生缝隙腐蚀。
