门窗设备出现电源不稳定会发生什么故障?

(1)设备故障。虽然未造成物理损坏,但易造成可编程控制器程序或逻辑错误、数据丢失或软件损坏。数控数据(包含了运行系统、参数、程序等)要重新建立或替换PLC等。电力供应不稳定还会引起计算机意外死机、锁死或触发设备NC—PLC复位、CNC系统停止响应等问题,导致设备运行不稳定。重置电脑(通常是关闭)以使软件回到正常工作状态。
(1) Equipment failure. Although it does not cause physical damage, it is easy to cause programmable controller program or logic error, data loss or software damage. NC data (including operating system, parameters, programs, etc.) shall be re established or replaced by PLC, etc. Unstable power supply will also cause unexpected computer crash, lock or trigger nc-plc reset of equipment, CNC system stop response and other problems, resulting in unstable operation of equipment. Reset the computer (usually off) to return the software to normal operation.
(2)设备失效。若长期存在电压不稳定(电压波动过大),将导致设备的电子元件及电路功能下降,电子元件的使用寿命降低,从而使门窗设备的整体使用寿命缩短,这也是各门窗企业普遍存在的问题。
(2) Equipment failure. If the voltage is unstable for a long time (excessive voltage fluctuation), it will lead to the decline of electronic components and circuit functions of the equipment and the service life of electronic components, so as to shorten the overall service life of door and window equipment, which is also a common problem in door and window enterprises.
(3)设备部件损坏。电力供应不稳定或频繁断电会损坏各种电子元件,如CPU、I/O接口板、驱动板、CRT或LCDLED显示器,以及RAM、硬盘和通信接口等存储设备。过电压过高会导致门窗设备的电子元件或电路板烧坏,影响设备的正常运行。
(3) Equipment parts are damaged. Unstable power supply or frequent power failure will damage various electronic components, such as CPU, I / O interface board, driver board, CRT or lcled display, ram, hard disk, communication interface and other storage devices. Excessive overvoltage will burn out the electronic components or circuit boards of door and window equipment and affect the normal operation of the equipment.
因此各门窗企业在使用设备时,要确保车间供电的稳定性,避免门窗设备发生故障,电源和照明线路应分开,车间设备应良好地接地。并按照设备的操作规程,操作、保养设备,不得违规、野蛮操作,而且对设备要及时、定期进行维修保养,以免发生带病作业,只有这样才能避免设备频繁故障,提高设备的使用寿命和工作效率。
