铝合金门窗设备中的隔热条性能如何判断

市面上的铝合金门窗设备有很多种,断桥铝合金门窗设备是一种比较常见的设备,那么我们要怎么来判断隔热条的性能好坏呢?

1.从外观判断。断桥铝尼龙隔热条呈黑哑光色,通常条体上每间隔60~80cm就标注有商标及产品规格等内容的激光喷码,且整体光滑平整,无缩孔,无疏松,无划痕及模具挤压痕迹,对光细看可见矿物质有光泽(玻璃纤维分布),隔热条头部端面无分模线痕;

2.掰断实验。取I型规格25cm试样进行人力掰断实验,断桥铝尼龙隔热条弯曲时能感觉到良好的韧性和强度,弯折至两端并拢也不会折断,即使断裂呈缓慢裂断现象;
2. Breaking test. Take type I 25cm sample for manual breaking test. When the broken bridge aluminum nylon insulation strip is bent, it can feel good toughness and strength, and will not break until both ends are close together, even if the fracture is slow;
3.普通点燃实验。断桥铝尼龙隔热条不易点燃,燃烧时呈淡黄火焰,PVC隔热条易燃,燃烧时呈蓝色火焰,并释放大量刺鼻的黑色烟雾。

4.高温彻 底燃烧实验。断桥铝尼龙隔热条高温彻 底燃烧后可见均匀黑色纤维物沉积;其它进口或国产尼龙隔热条高温彻 底燃烧后要么有不均匀纤维物沉积,要么完全燃烧,基本无纤维物沉积;PVC隔热条高温下彻 底燃烧后无任何沉积。
4. High temperature complete combustion test. Uniform black fiber deposition can be seen after high temperature and complete combustion of bridge broken aluminum nylon insulation strip; Other imported or domestic nylon insulation strips either have uneven fiber deposition or burn completely after complete combustion at high temperature, and there is basically no fiber deposition; PVC insulation strip has no deposition after complete combustion at high temperature.
5.外形尺寸精度。用游标卡尺(千分尺更精 确)对隔热条的外形精度进行尺寸精度检测可以发现:断桥铝尼龙隔热条无论不同批次或同一支隔热条的不同部位尺寸偏差均小于0.1mm,且平行度标准。
5. Overall dimension accuracy. Using vernier caliper (micrometer is more accurate) to detect the dimensional accuracy of the thermal insulation strip, it can be found that the dimensional deviation of bridge broken aluminum nylon thermal insulation strip is less than 0.1mm regardless of different batches or different parts of the same thermal insulation strip, and the parallelism is standard.
